Awarded to a legally blind student with highest standing in the graduating year of any program. Students with other disabilities will be eligible to compete for this award only when there are no legally blind students graduating. (Endowed by family, friends and colleagues, in recognition of Mrs. Ransberry's lifelong work as a dedicated volunteer with CNIB in the service of the blind.) |
