Course Description

Political Science 212F/G The Politics of the Constitution

This course is intended as an overview of the history of Candian intergovernmental relations and constitutional politics. The course will focus on two main themes: the evolution of the Canadian federal system and the shift to a constititutional discourse based on the distribution of rights.
