Business Administration 443a/b Financial Management

The financial implications of business decisions from the viewpoint of the financial manager of a corporation. Problems depicting the relationship between dividend, financing and investment policies and the value of the firm are addressed both at the theoretical and pragmatic levels. Cash management, credit evaluation and leasing are discussed within a Canadian context. Lectures and case method.
