Students will learn how to identify opportunities of strategic entrepreneurial importance, the characteristics of entrepreneurial strategy and the competitive advantage. The focus will be on the basic principles of economics and they relate to entrepreneurial strategy using examples from the marketplace such as IBM, Microsoft, Disney, CP, Seagrams, MCA and Nortel. |
