Course Description

International and Comparative Studies 025 Intermediate Hebrew

This course is designed to build upon skills in reading and speaking modern Hebrew developed in earlier courses. Students will gain increased vocabulary, and a greater understanding of more complex grammatical structures. They will be able to approach modern Hebrew prose, fiction and non- fiction.

Antirequisites: The former Hebrew 025, or the former Modern Eastern Civilizations 025.
Prerequisite: International and Comparative Studies 005, or the former Modern Eastern Civilizations 005, or OAC Hebrew, or permission of the Department.
