| CBE 216 Industrial Organic Chemistry |

The course deals with important organic chemical processes and industrial chemical reactions, and laws applied in processing and synthesis of chemical products. Laboratory focuses on bench scale processing and synthesis of basic organic chemical products, and use of modern instruments for analyzing organic materials. |
| Antirequisite: The former ES 216 |
| Prerequisite: Chemistry 020, 023, or 024a/b. |
| 2 lecture hours, 3 laboratory hours. |
| Open only to students registered in the Faculty of Engineering Science. |
