A course to develop specific knowledge and skills in business communication in Chinese. Business etiquette and protocol will be discussed. Translation and competencein interpretation will be fostered by the study of business terminology and business correspondence, e.g., reading and writing business letters, designing plans of business negotiations. |
Prerequisite: A first-year university-level language course in Standard Chinese or equivalent, or permission of the Department. |
