Religious Studies 237F/G Christian Bioethics II: Further Issues of Life and Death

A continuation of Christian Bioethics I with more thematic development and case studies including: organ transplants and implants; genetic engineering; psychotherapy and behavior modification; suffering and death: euthanasia and suicide; advance directives; care of the dying; also issues of global ethics: resource allocation, ecology, war and peace and capital punishment.

Antirequisite: Religious Studies 168.
Prerequisite: Religious Studies 236F/G.
3 hours, half course.
