Social Work 311a/b The Helping Process in Social Work

The philosophical and historical bases of modes of helping as they apply to social work practice. Study, assessment, intervention and problem-solving techniques in the helping process.

Antirequisites: The former Social Work 201 and 251b.
Prerequisites: Social Work 020, 204, and 205 or equivalent.
3 hours, half course.
