Course Description

Anthropology 301E Concepts of Society and Culture

Provides a comparative view of kinship organization and social stratification in order to examine different models of the relationship between social structure and cultural form.

Prerequisite: One of Anthropology 211F/G, 212F/G, 213F/G, 216F/G, 217F/G, 218F/G or one of the former Anthropology 201E, 202E, 203E, 205E, 206E, 214E.
Must be registered in Anthropology Year 3 or 4
3 hours.
