First Year

Sociology 020 or 021E

Sociology 230 or 240E, 231, 300a/b, 302a/b, 404F/G. One of Sociology 232E, 233, 234E, 237 (or the former 236), or 239. It is expected that students will take these courses at Western. In addition, students in joint honors must take three other half-courses in Sociology. All three half-courses must be at the 200- level or above and at least one must be at the 300-400 level

Note: Students enrolled in Honors Sociology and Economics must substitute one of Sociology 232E, 233 or 234E, 237 (or the former 236), or 239 for 231.
