Study of the transport of gas and fluid across neutral and charged membranes for both equilibrium and non-equilibrium situations with applications in medical physics. |
| Prerequisites: Physics 200; Biology 022 or 023; Chemistry 020 or 023; (Calculus 250a/b and 251a/b ) or (Calculus 280a/b and 281a/b) or (Applied Mathematics 290a and 291b) or (the former Applied Mathematics 281a and 282b) or (the former Mathematics 204a and 205b); Linear Algebra 040a/b or the former Mathematics 202a or the former Applied Mathematics 212a. |
