Business Administration 316y Management Science

Managerial decision making is characterized by complexity and/or uncertainty. Systematic structuring of the decision problems and the use of microcomputer technology which are known to contribute significantly to white collar productivity are means of coping with the complexity and uncertainty. To stress the generality of this approach, problems from all functional areas and various industries are discussed.
