PROFESSIONAL UPGRADING
Individuals who wish to be admitted to a particular subject area, without being admitted to a degree program, may apply for admission to the Professional Upgrading course of study. Such applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess considerable learning experience in a field related to the courses desired, and have the permission of the Dean of the Faculty offering the courses. Applicants may not be currently registered in a degree program, nor may they hold a degree. In the latter instance, the rules for Special Students apply. Courses will be recorded as Pass/Fail or Audit. Under no circumstances will they be converted to a number/letter grade or be counted for credit in a degree program.
