Approved Combinations: Anthropology ^*, French, History, Media, Information and Technoculture, Philosophy, Political Science, Religious Studies, Sociology.

^* The combined honors program in Economics and Anthropology may not be completed through King's University College.

First Year

Economics 020 or 021 and Mathematics 030 as principal courses. Students may take Calculus 050a/b and one of Calculus 051a/b, 081a/b or linear Algebra 040a/b instead of Mathematics 030. (If two half-courses are taken, both will be principal courses.)

Second Year

Economics 220a/b and 260a/b

Any two half-courses from Economics 221a/b, 222a/b, 223a/b, 261a/b

Third and Fourth Years

The other two half-courses not selected in second year from Economics 221a/b, 222a/b, 223a/b, 261a/b

Economics 320a/b or 316a/b, 381a/b

Economics 313E

One additional full-course equivalent in Economics at the 300-level. (Students planning to do graduate work in Economics are advised to consult with the Department before selecting these courses.)

Note: Students enrolled in Honors Economics and History may replace Economics 320a/b (or 316a/b) and 381a/b with 341F/G and 342F/G

Admission Requirements (for students entering in third year)

A second year program with the following principal courses:

Economics 150a/b, 152a/b

Any two half-courses from Economics 122a/b, 123a/b (the former 123F/G), Economics 151a/b, 153a/b

Note: A mark of at least 70% must be obtained in each principal course.

Third and Fourth Years

Two of Economics 221a/b (if Economics 153a/b was not taken), Economics 222a/b (if 122a/b was not taken), Economics 223a/b (if 123a/b [the former 123F/G] was not taken), Economics 261a/b (if Economics 151a/b was not taken)
