SOCIOLOGY (includes Criminology and Population Studies)

Students who take two separate majors offered by the Department of Sociology (e.g., a Major in Sociology and a Major in Criminology) may overlap Sociology 231 to fulfill this requirement for both majors. Sociology 240E or Sociology 270a/b and Sociology 271a/b, however, will be counted as fulfilling the requirements of one of these two majors; for the other major, students must take an additional sociology course at the 200-level.
