Admission Requirements

Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 3.0 principal courses, including Visual Arts Studio 020 (with a mark of at least 75%), Visual Arts History 040, plus 1.0 additional course, with no mark in these principal courses below 60%. An average of 75% in VAS courses must be maintained for progression.

Note: No more than 12.0 courses in Visual Arts can be counted among the 15.0 senior courses required for the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Students must therefore include in their degree at least 3.0 courses in subjects other than Visual Arts.
