HONORS SPECIALIZATION IN HEALTH SCIENCES - HEALTH PROMOTION

Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 2.0 principal courses with no mark in these principal courses below 60% including:

Health Sciences 1001A/B;
Health Sciences 1002A/B;
Biology 1222 or 1223

Module
9.0 courses:

4.0 courses: Health Sciences 2250A/B, 2330A/B, 2610F/G, 2700A/B, 2711A/B, 2801A/B, 3400A/B, 3801A/B.
1.0 course: Health Sciences 3290A/B, 4200F/G.
4.0 courses from: Health Sciences at the 3000 level or above, Rehabilitation Sciences at the 3000 level or above, or Communication Sciences & Disorders at the 4000 level. A maximum of 1.0 course may be substituted from: Health Sciences courses at the 2000 level, Geography 2430A/B, 3431A/B, Psychology 2030A/B, 2035A/B, 2036A/B, Sociology 2169, 2246A/B, 2247A/B.

Notes: Health Sciences 4800Z is strongly recommended.  Enrollment in Health Sciences 4200F/G requires a minimum mark of 75% in Health Sciences 2250A/B or the former Health Sciences 3200A/B.
