ADDRESSES
Western students must inform the Registrar's Office of their current home address. Should students fail to maintain their current address the University may seek such information from sources outside the University.

WESTERN E-MAIL ADDRESS
All primary communications from the Registar's office, Dean's offices, and departments will be addressed to your @uwo.ca e-mail. It is expected that you will keep your e-mail in good working order. For more information on Western's e-mail service see www.uwo.ca/its/identity/central_email_faq.html

NAME CHANGES
As the University is committed to the integrity of its student records, each student is required to provide either on application for admission or on personal data forms required for registration, his/her complete, legal name. Any requests to change a name, by means of alteration, deletion, substitution or addition, must be accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation.
