MME 419 Mechanical Engineering Project

Mechanical Engineering Design team projects to be conducted under the supervision of a faculty advisor. The aim of the course is to develop interdisciplinary skills required to solve often open-ended engineering design problems. Emphasis is on engineering design concepts and methods to meet specific needs subject to constraints: standards, socio-economic issues or safety and health regulations.

Antirequisites: MME 499, and the former ES 419.

Prerequisite: Completion of third year of the Mechanical Engineering program

1 lecture hour, 4 laboratory/tutorial hours
