Integration of mechanical, electrical, control and computing technologies in order to "optimize" product performance. Topics include: product design; system modeling; sensors and transducers; measurement systems; mechanical and electrical actuation systems; microcontrollers; and intelligent control. |

| Prerequisite: Successful completion of 3rd year of the Engineering Science program. |
