| Nursing 420 Focused Clinical Concepts |

Learners have opportunities to learn advanced concepts related to caring for children, adults and their families who are experiencing complex health challenges. Emphasis is on critical thinking, pattern recognition, decision-making and on exploration and integration of concepts through discussions, simulations and paradigm cases. |
| Prerequisite: Completion of Year 1, 2 and 3 of the Basic Nursing Program. |
| Corequisite: Registration in all courses required in Year 4 of the Basic Nursing Program. |
| Terms 1 - 4 classroom/seminar hours, full course. |
