Course Description

Biology 380b Biochemistry Laboratory

(Given by the Department of Biochemistry.) This course consists of a series of laboratory exercises designed to familiarize the student with the methodology of biochemistry and molecular biology.

Prerequisites: Biology 280a, Chemistry 213a/b and 223b, or 253, and co-registration in Biology 381a and 382b.

3 laboratory hours, 1 tutorial hour, half course.

Enrolment limited: priority will be given to students registered in Honors Biochemistry, Biochemistry/Chemistry, or to students in Biology or Life Sciences programs, and who are taking Biology 381a and 382b and have mark of 70% or more in Biology 280a.
