| VAS 256a/b Introduction to Interactive Media. |

A Studio course introducing the basic technical foundation of multimedia production, including web, animation and CD/DVD design. |
| Antirequisites: VAS 250, 252a/b, 254a/b, the former Visual Arts 231, 228a/b. |
| Prerequisite: VAS 020, or the former Visual Arts 020, or permission of Department. Priority will be given to students registered in a Visual Arts program. |
| 6 studio hours, half course. |
