Business Administration 423a/b Financial Markets

The objective of this course is to develop a detailed understanding of financial securities, markets and institutions. The course deals with important aspects of the financial markets such as: 1) the design and pricing of securities; 2) the form and function of markets; 3) corporate financing decisions; 4) innovation; and 5) globalization of financial markets.
