Ryerson applicants from a diploma program will be evaluated in a manner similar to CAAT students. Ryerson applicants who are registered in a degree program or who have completed a degree program are considered for admission as transfer students or as Special Students. Students from the following non-university post-secondary institutions may apply to transfer to Western and may be awarded advanced standing:

• Accredited Bible Colleges

• Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology
• Institutes of Education in the United Kingdom or Eire
• Ontario College of Art
• Schools of Medical Technology
• Schools of Nursing
