INTER-FACULTY PROGRAMS

Certificate in Second Language Teaching

This program provides a foundation in theory and practice for those who intend to teach or administer language programs in settings outside the K-12 system, including community colleges, universities, proprietary language schools, heritage language programs, continuing education programs, overseas programs, and private instruction situations. Through it, participants can acquire the essential knowledge and practical experience necessary to teach a second language with confidence or manage a language program at home or abroad.
