STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES
Payment may be made at a Canadian Financial Institution by presenting your fee bill with your payment.
Payment may be mailed with the personalized "Registration Fee Bill" to Student Financial Services - Office of the Registrar. Payment should be in Canadian funds by certified cheque or money order made payable to The University of Western Ontario.
When payment is made by cheque or money order, students must ensure that the cheque is completed correctly and that their name and student number are printed on the front. It remains the student's responsibility to ensure cheques are properly completed and that payment reaches Student Financial Services - Office of the Registrar on time.
Do not send cash in the mail.
Note: Students are urged to pay early and pay at the bank. The University is not responsible for mail service; therefore, if a payment is received past the appropriate deadline a student's courses may be cancelled, a late registration penalty or late payment charge may be assessed.
Out of country students who do not have access to a Canadian chartered bank may submit the "Remittance Advice" portion of their Tuition Deposit Request Form and their Registration Fee Bill with payment by bank wire. Send direct and pay to: Bank of Montreal, SWIFT BIC address BOFMCAM2, International Banking, H.O., Montreal, PQ, CANADA. Beneficiary: 00080000747, The University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada, N6A 5B8 Your full name, student number is required on the wire to finalize the transaction. For bank wires, include a $10.00 Bank of Montreal wire service charge.
Payment may be submitted with the personalized "Registration Fee Bill" to the Office of the Registrar, Stevenson-Lawson 190, London, Ontario, N6A 5B8, between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
