Geography 326a/b Dendrochronology

Introduction to techniques of tree-ring dating and applications to research in geomorphology, archaeology, palaeoecology, and palaeoclimatology.

Prerequisite: Third or fourth year status, including at least one of Geography 208a/b, 213a/b and 214a/b.

2 lecture hours, 2 laboratory hours, half course.
