Course Description

Geography 385a/b Implementing Sustainability

Practical issues regarding the implementation of sustainability in resource management. Emphasis on skills development, entrepreneurship, leadership and the facilitation of change. The use of small groups, workshops and active learning techniques allow for enhanced problem-based learning and personal awareness related to individual, corporate, and government roles and responsibilities.

Prerequisite: Geography 384a/b.
