Directed readings will be complemented by lectures on the historical and contemporary elements in the spatial economy of selected regions; emphasis is on agriculture, industry and urban landscapes. |
| Prerequisites: Third or fourth year status at the University. No specific course is required, but Geography 389a/b is strongly recommended. |
