History 184 European International Relations from the Holy Alliance to the European Community (1815-1992)

This course covers European international relations since 1815 from the perspective of the "great powers" to show how the international system worked or failed. The final section on Europe after 1945 will deal mainly with efforts to replace the old states system by a European community.
