| Law 360 Legal Problems Affecting Women |
|
An introduction to various areas of law relating to women. Topics will include rape, sexual harassment, wife-battering, pornography, prostitution, the sexual abuse of children, discrimination in employment, women and sports, reproduction, health care, divorce, the separation of marital property, and marriage contracts. |
| Prerequisites: Women's Studies 020E or permission of the Director. |
| 3 lecture hours. |
| Note: Students registered in the LLB Program may not enrol for credit in this course. |
