Business Administration 308 Management Behavior

Designed to develop general managers who can understand and deal effectively with human issues in organizations. Emphasis on analyzing complex situations, planning solutions and implementing plans. Students work together, with each other and the instructor to identify and solve problems which managers face in accomplishing individual and organizational goals.
