Business Administration 438a/b Managers of Change

The purpose of the course is to develop skills in design and execution of action plans for accomplishment of meaningful organizational change. This involves critical study of important revolutionary activity inside and outside business, the identification and application of various forms of power, the selection and training of competent agents of change and the design and execution of tactics for change.
