Course Description

Writing 209F/G Desk-Top Publishing

This course introduces students to the skills, arts, and technologies of desk-top publishing: proofreading and copy-editing; entering and formatting texts; designing, printing and binding a variety of publications. Students will be expected to take a project through all the stages of desk-top publishing.

Prerequisite: At least 70% in Writing 101F/G or permission of the Department of English.

3 hours, half course.
