Business Administration 474a/b Developing and Managing Technology

The course focuses on management of technological resources with emphasis on production facilities. Objectives: (1) improve analysis of economic and technological factors relevant to management decisions about uses and control of technological change; (2) increase understanding of technological change as a factor in business activities; (3) develop approaches to managing production processes under conditions of technological change.
