Sociology 265a/b Sociology of English-Canadian Literature

Analyses of images of society in the poetry and fiction of English Canada, especially in the modern period. Attention will be given to the socioeconomic and historical contexts in which the works were written.

Prerequisite: Sociology 020 or 021E.
