Experimental, analytical, geochemical and petrographic methods will be used to examine magma evolution, focusing on the chemical and physical processes of partial melting, ascent, and emplacement. |
| Prerequisites: Earth Sciences 312a; or the former Earth Sciences 311. |
| 2 lecture hours, 3 laboratory hours, half course. |
