Course Description

MME 414a/b Microstructural Analysis

Theory and practice of the techniques used to observe, evaluate and record the micro-structure of engineering materials. Emphasis is given to optical and Scanning Electron microscopy. Other microscopies are discussed.

Prerequisite: ES 021a/b.
