a) have maintained a cumulative modular average of 70%,
b) have obtained a minimum grade of 60% in each course required for the module,
c) have obtained a passing grade in each elective course, and

Additional Progression Requirements
To progress into the third year of the Non-Profit Management modules, students are required to submit a Community Development Placement Application Form by February 28 (late applications will be considered at the discretion of the program). Because of the community placement requirement of this module, each student who will be participating in a Community Development Placement will be interviewed for suitability. Normally, interviews will be completed by March 30, with interviews prioritized by year of each student's program (e.g., students entering 4th year will be interviewed first). Priority will be given to students already registered at Brescia.

Graduation Requirements
To graduate from a BMOS HONORS SPECIALIZATION, students must achieve a minimum cumulative modular average of 70% with a minimum mark of 60% in each course, obtain a passing grade in each elective course, and maintain a minimum overall average of 65% on the 20.0 courses counted towards the BMOS HONORS SPECIALIZATION Degree. Students with advanced standing must achieve an overall average of 65% on courses completed at Western.

All students require 2.0 designated essay courses (E, F or G, at least 1.0 of which must be a senior course numbered 2000-4999) and 1.0 course from each of the Categories A, B and C.
