JAPANESE II-A
Builds on skills in reading and speaking Japanese developed in earlier courses. This course bridges between the elementary and intermediate level. Students gain increased vocabulary and familiarity with more extensive grammatical structures and will be able to communicate in Japanese regarding non-specialized topics. Intended for the students who can take only 0.5 course of Japanese II. Prepares students for progression to Japanese 2252A/B.
Prerequisite(s): Japanese 1036 or Japanese 1050, and permission by the program.
