ISLAM IN THE WORKPLACE
This course aims to equip students with an understanding of Islam to foster an inclusive and respectful work environment. Topics include misconceptions, dietary rules, investing, prayer times, holidays, fasting and ethics. Through case studies and discussions, students will develop strategies for accommodating religious diversity in the evolving Canadian workplace.
Antirequisite(s): Management and Organizational Studies 2298A/B if taken in 2023-24.
