THE MYTH OF THE STRONGMAN: GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP IN AUTHORITARIAN STATES
This course will examine the philosophies and practices of authoritarian states with respect to governance and leadership, using historical examples to draw out common themes and tendencies.
Antirequisite(s): History 2700F/G, Political Science 3213F/G.
Prerequisite(s): 0.5 in a Social Science course (Category A) at the 1000-level or above.
