This course explores first how a native language is acquired and how language develops over time, before turning to second language acquisition in both children and adults. Through class activities, students will apply theoretical concepts by designing and practicing French language lessons, bridging research with practical teaching experience.

Prerequisite(s): Two 0.5 courses from French 2605F/G, French 2606F/G, French 2805A/B, French 2806A/B, French 2905A/B, French 2906A/B, French 2907A/B.
