Advanced interdisciplinary study in studio arts engages with current issues in contemporary art. In response to lectures, readings, and gallery visits, students create exploratory artworks and develop a large artwork that experiments with new delivery methods. Students explore a variety of critique strategies and approaches to the artist statement.
Prerequisite(s): Registration in year 4 of a Major in Art History and Studio Arts, Honours Specialization in Art History and Studio Arts or Honours Specialization in Studio Arts (BFA), or permission of the Department.
Extra Information: 4 studio hours, lecture, blended, or online format.
