FOUNDATIONS OF THEORY IN THE ARTS AND HUMANITIES


This course offers an introduction to major strands of cultural, aesthetic, and social theory as applied to topics in Arts and Humanities. It will include classical thinkers as well as theoretical schools such as psychoanalysis, feminist theory, postcolonial theory, and critical race theory.

Prerequisite(s): Arts and Humanities 1020E.
