Students undertake a comprehensive engineering design project which involves the creative, interactive process of designing a structure/system to meet a specific need subject to economic, health, safety, and environmental constraints. The design project will encompass elements of both Civil and Artificial Intelligence Systems engineering.

Antirequisite(s): AISE 4050, CBE 4497, CEE 4441, ECE 4415, ECE 4416, IE 4499, MME 4499, MSE 4499, SE 4450, the former ES 4499.

Prerequisite(s): Completion of fourth year of the Civil Engineering Program in Option H or Option I.
