This course focuses on ethical, social, and policy issues in public health contexts, from the point of view of public health ethics. We will explore public health controversies at various levels. Topics include contemporary issues in public health and concepts like health equity, social justice, and individual liberty.

Antirequisite(s): Health Sciences 3094F/G, if taken in 2025-26.

Prerequisite(s): Registration in third or fourth year of the School of Health Studies or the Certificate in Critical Public Health.
