Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 3.0 principal courses, including at least 0.5 course in History 1000-1999, with no mark in these principal courses below 60%.

3.0 courses in History at the 2200 level or above. 1.0 course taken at the 2100 level can be counted if the student achieves a grade of 75% or higher.
3.0 courses in History at the 3000 level or above.
1.0 course in History at the 4000 level or above.
* These courses must be taken before year 3. To be eligible to progress in the Honours History program, 70% is required in the mandatory courses (History 2403E and either History 2201E or History 2205E).
